THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND FACTORS AFFECTING QUALITY OF LIFE IN OPERATED BREAST CANCER PATIENTS

uygulanmış olan hastalarda yaşam kalitesi düzeyinin ve kalitesine etki eden faktörlerin araştırılması amaçlandı.GEREÇ VE YÖNTEM: Tanımlayıcı nitelikte kesitsel bir araştırma çalışmanın örneklemini, mastektomi ya da meme koruyucu cerrahi yapılmış, Evre I-III, 21-80 yaş arasında toplam 110 kanseri hastaları oluşturdu. Anket verileri Haziran 2020-Ağustos 2020 tarihleri elde edildi. Araştırmada “Avrupa Kanser Araştırma Tedavi Organizasyonu Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (EORTC QLQ-30)” kullanıldı.BULGULAR: Meme yöntemler fiziksel fonksiyon, rol performansı, duygusal durum sosyal fonksiyon puanları anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu. Evre-I ile Evre-II hastaların EORTC QLQ-30 istatistiksel farklılık izlenmez iken, Evre-III hastalar kıyaslandığında düşüktü. Kemoterapi almakta fonksiyonel ölçütlerinden azalmış performansı bilişsel fonksiyon,duygusal fark izlenmedi.SONUÇ: Elde edilen bulgular, erken evre düzeylerinin daha olumlu olduğunu ortaya koydu.
